In partnership with the University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) in Pollenzo, Italy, our Master’s in International Tourism offers students the unique opportunity to specialize in food and wine tourism through an optional double degree program.
This program combines expertise from our curriculum with UNISG’s renowned focus on gastronomy, founded by the global Slow Food movement. Students can enhance their studies with 30+ ECTS in courses like Food Industry Strategic Management, Wine Innovation Lab, and Circular Economy for Food.
Graduates will earn two degrees: one in International Tourism (USI, Switzerland) and another in Food Industry Management (UNISG, Italy).
